We are a 100% Japanese own enterprise. For expanding our new business, we are in urgent need of 01 Sales Indoor Executive.
Job Description:
* Handle and assist customers on their sales and product enquiries
* Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
* Prepare unclose QT report and follow up with customers closely to convert to order
* Liaise with Customer Relation Team and Shipping Team on customers' orders
* Build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers
* Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target
* Maintain up-to-date database of customers
* Coordinate on collection and credit related matters
* Visit to customers may be required but limited and Co-Visit with sales man

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* English fluency
* Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
* At least 1 to 2 years relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial sales
* Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills
* Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette
* Able to work independently and also a good team player
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), MS access capability will be appreciated
* Self-motivated and strong leadership skills
* High ethical and standards moral are strongly required
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pm
Saturdays Duty on rotation: 8am to 5pm
