Sales Indoor B2B (Press and Mold Division)

• Handle and assist customers on their sales and product enquiries
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
• Prepare unclose QT report and follow up with customers closely to convert to order
• Liaise with Customer Relation Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders
• Build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers
• Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target
• Maintain up-to-date database of customers
• Coordinate on collection and credit related matters
• Visit to customers may be required but limited and Co-Visit with sales man

• English fluency
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial sales
• Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills
• Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette
• Able to work independently and also a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), MS access capability will be appreciated
• Self-motivated and strong leadership skills
• High ethical and standards moral are strongly required
