Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose:
Responsible in assisting HR Head in the accomplishment of company personnel policy & practices in its full compliancy, supervising all basic general administration works to meet office & employee’s needs for Sales, executing T& D agenda as well as capability building tools to match the skills of employee to the growth of business needs, taking charge of recruitment needs at junior manager and above in an efficient & effective manner and partnering with Sales management team and employees to resolve people issues and build a sustainable workforce.
Accountabilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (TA):
a) Recruit people timely and quality as TA approval matrix
b) Control TA procedure (recruitment, internal transfer, internal job posting, resignation, referral) as TA approval matrix to ensure compliance in execution
c) Implement onboarding program to ensure all new hires are provided with onboarding program
d) Propose and get approval for guideline of employer branding programs to promote PepsiCo image
e) Timely and accurately update organization design & development (structure, JD, organization communication, etc.)
f) Track and consolidate headcounts to ensure timely & accurate information for AOP, forecast, SBP
2. Talent Development (TD):
a) Execute TD procedure to ensure compliance in execution
b) Conduct training needs for location and propose training agenda for TS to consolidate timely & accurately
c) Facilitate training programs as guideline from TS and monitor implementation at location to ensure training is delivered as plan
f) Implement and sustain HR Core Processes (PMP, OHS, MQPI, etc.) for junior managers and below to ensure core process is implemented timely with quality
h) Implement values programs as TS guideline to ensure the program is implemented effectively with local initiatives
i) Implement local HR culture initiatives as guideline from TS to meet KPI of each project (local KUDOS, Millionaire Program, etc.)
j) In order to build talent pool and develop people capability, design talent management programs to meet KPI of each project, such as number of applications, quality of
candidates selected, etc. (Management Trainee, Sales Trainee, etc.)
3. Total rewards:
a) Participate in payroll process and ensure compliance in execution as control owner
b) Execute personnel activities (personnel profile update, C&B changes, OT request, relocation, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation with compliance
c) Execute request for C&B allowances & activities (salary review, social insurance , etc.) to deliver timely and
accurate requests
d) Communicate C&B policies at location to ensure full understanding of company policies
4. General Admin:
a) Maximize the effectiveness of all general administration works (office administration, Sales events, logistics for meeting/ training, etc.) to provide the best GA service with optimum cost
b) Implement annual request for GA benefits (uniform, helmet, etc.) and deliver to employees to ensure timely and quality service
c) Organize employee engagement programs to provide the best service to employees with optimum cost (teambuilding, women’s day, year-end party, etc.)
d) Control outside service, G&A budget for Sales locations
e) Raise safety issues, suggest actions to improve the safety and security of the location
5. Control Environment & employee relation:
a) Be the gatekeeper role for sustaining the Control Environment at location
b) Raise issues, identify causes and suggest actions to improve turnover at location
c) Address potential people issues at hot areas, keep tracking & alert to HR Head for timely update & action
d) As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation
- 5 years of working experience in HR generalist role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Wide knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting & training, but not limited to, Labor Law, C&B, and other HR functions
- Good writing, and oral communication skills, both English and Vietnamese are required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Good at time management & planning, problem solving, employee relation skill
- Good at supervisory skill
- Personal qualities – transparent and approachable, quality conscious and results oriented
- Strong ethics and high integrity who is able to demonstrate PepsiCo Values
