Report to: Strong line to Vietnam HR Lead
Dotted line to Asia TA Lead

Main Purposes:
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to develop people capability and consult on people issues related to organization health.
• Partner with CoE team to ensure effective execution of HR processes and programs for Sales.
• Partner with Sales Leadership team to shape culture and drive engagement to support business agenda.
• Source and recruit talent to strengthen talent pipeline and maintain smooth business operations.
Key Accountability:
1. Recruitment:
• Develop & drive the Talent Acquisition strategy/ activities for Sales to support business attract talents.
• Implement the recruitment process complied with Company’s policy; e.g. screening CVs, interviewing candidates, sharing feedback after interviews, proposing remuneration package, arranging on-board welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc. to supply Sales needs, ensure business partner satisfaction in terms of new hire effectiveness and performance while complying with internal protocols.
• Lead in managing the Employer branding website & activities to promote PepsiCo brand awareness.
• Coordinate with HRBP of SC to lead in campus recruiting program (e.g. Management Trainee, Internship) to build talent pipeline for Sales & SC.
• Share best practice and consul Sales Team in DCR attraction & retention.
• Build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to enable provide right & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
• Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
• Build network in FMCG to know talent mapping & understand the market practice and people reference.

2. Talent Management:
• Coordinate with TM to run core talent processes (people planning, performance management, PIP, learning & development, OHS, PEPL, PEPLFL), talent initiatives/ programs to build high-performing Sales as well as HRBP Sales Team.
• Coach and support Sales talents on career, work/life, conflict issues to develop and grow in PepsiCo.
• Support Sales Associates career development through providing PepsiCo framework and tools, competencies, etc.
• Coordinate with Sales Capability to build Sales Competency matrix, Sales qualification assessment, and Sales Training Development program to update Sales performance, focused on DR level up.
• Consul Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
• Share with Talent & OD Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.
• Follow up in post training evaluation and development to decided in core people movement decisions.

3. HR Operations:
• Support day-to-day HR operations to execute employee lifecycle processes, seek continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Coordinate with HR Operations to manage Sales Office effectively within approved budget for office management.
• Support HR Operations to organize regular staff activities at Sales Offices at high satisfaction from Sales Team.

4. Business partnership:
• Act as trusted advisor to management on issues of talent management, change management, organization change/restructuring, employee relations.
• Build sustainable partnership with all TDMs & middle Sales Managers to be their top of mind of HR contacts for all life-cycle matters.
• Regularly go to market visit with Sales to learn insight and propose initiatives to support Sales faster & better.

5. Total Rewards:
• Participate in payroll process and ensure to comply with all requirement from TR.
• Generate business insights and propose rewards & recognition scheme for Sales Team.
• Develop innovative initiatives to recognize Sales Team and keep them high motivated.

6. Engagement & Culture:
• Develop and activate capability, engagement and culture-building initiatives to build employee engagement & fun culture.
• Manage and control employee-related costs to meet business target.
• Lead OHS review and action planning.
• On behalf of HR Department to show & live Care for Associates & families in key moments of life (e.g. wedding, condolence, baby birth, in-patient visit, etc.)

7. Other Requests:
• Is willing to do more and learn more upon business requests to support our Associates & stakeholders.
• Play acting role to replace HR Director in business reviews with Sales when applicable.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (i.e. business, psychology, human resources, etc)
• At least 7 years of experiences in HR with minimum 2 years at managerial level
• Strong sense at business acumen, especially in Sales FMCG.
• Strong at Talent Acquisition, especially for Sales.
• Experience in core HR processes and systems.
• Good fundamental at C&B.
• Talent development, coaching and training experience
• Strong English skills, verbal and written.
• Good stakeholder management, negotiation, & Influencing skills.
• Good at management and leadership.
• Good at high impact presentation skill.
