Mô tả công việc
• Develop Segmented Execution Strategy and Implementation Plan within the framework of “Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, Channel” (OBPPC) Strategy by collaborating with Trade Marketing, Market Execution Leadership to design and adapt Picture of Success (PicOS) based on Right Execution Daily (RED) tracking information and analysis;
• Develop annual Business Plan for Segmented Execution/GREEN-RED-GOLD process in conjunction with Trade Marketing team and regional RED Champions;
• Implement and adapt reality of "Segmented Execution Guidelines" including of PicOS, Tracking, Reports, Routines, Training & Analysis, Improvement Plan by working closely with Regional RED Champion to assure that "Segmented Execution Guidelines" fulfillment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed and improvement done;
• Generate/define SFE Metrics/Dashboard and Monitor GREEN-RED-GOLD performance versus approved KPIs/metrics, identifying best practices amongst regions, share through the system to help improvement of sales force capability on execution & establishment of RED culture;
• Implementing coaching & sharing RED Best Practice to regional RED Champion to continuously build Segmented Execution Capabilities/RED Process Implementation i.e. sales, merchandising, training, information systems, scorecards, tools, reports, and routines;
• Conduct financial analysis (ROI) of RED Process to be share with key stakeholders including of SFE Compensation/Incentives Plan.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor in Administration, Economy and/or Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial/Operations/Trade Marketing Management, preferably in FMCG industry
• Advanced Negotiation, Communication skills
• Teamwork with Department, Region and other cross-functions
• Routines Execution and Commercial Management Skills
• Advanced Coaching, Influencing and Inspiring skills
• Result Driven Approach
• Good knowledge of customers’ behavior/insight, channel/outlet segmentation methodology & execution approach, retail environment, trade characteristics
• Able to identify and define Point of Sales Materials (POSM) Menu/ Strategy to address key interaction point
• Financial Acumen
