Mô tả công việc
* LOCATION: Head Office, Tan Binh District, HCMC
* DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: Head of Sales & Business Development
* PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The purpose of the Sales Executive role is to maintain growth of existing and potential accounts, personal care of VIP requests, the handling of customer complaints, and to meet sales revenue targets.
* RESPONSIBILITIES TASKS
• Coordinate booking requests for special FIT/GIT/charter from international and national partners. Follow up if they enjoy the cruise if required
• Handling daily sales activities: check availability of cruises, feedback to partners, respond to email correspondence, update the Master file.
• Develop and forward quotations and proposals
• Monitoring the market and identifying and approach new costumers (corporate, hotels, etc )
• Contributing with Sales/marketing ideas to promote the company products in the market
• Coordinate to tailor additional cruise packages with suppliers
• Follow up booking payment when needed
• Prepare and update yearly contracts with clients
• Handle promotions, online selling, representative office requests in coordination with the Sales team.
• Support DOSM / DOS in maintenance and growth of potential and key accounts
• Document bookings, special requests and agreements for monitoring or evaluations
• Support Sales with forecasts and revenue planning
• Define potential clients and follow-up
• Conduct sales calls/telecall and sales call evaluation
• Support Reservations as required
• Client care and complaint handling as required
• Marketing observations for HB and Mekong mainly of competitors and what DMC are doing with our promotional offers and product exposure
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by DOSM / HOBD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Tertiary studies in tourism Hospitality, Economics or Business preferred
• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures
* EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Travel Sales or Sales of Services OR 2 years experience as a Tour Guide within the region
• Personal travel within the region
* SKILLS
• Excellent – Written and spoken English
• Excellent – Written and spoken Vietnamese
• Good – Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good - MS Office (Word ,Excel, Outlook, Power point)
