Mô tả công việc
1. Be sales (tenant coordination) team leader of 6 - 8 staffs
2. Be responsible for tenant sales to achieve approved budget
3. Maintain standard services for tenants following company policies
4. Discuss frequently with tenants in shopping mall to understand their business to provide timely support
5. Provide initiatives to boost sales effectively with appropriate timing
6. Patrol and check tenants in the mall frequently to improve customer service and offer new ideas for improvement
7. Supervise the preparation and delivery of sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs
8. Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports
9. Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree, any fields
2. At least 5 years working experience in related fields (Customer service, Hospitality, Sales...)
3. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
4. Good time management and negotiation skill
5. Be willing to work in shift (4 - 5 night shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month)
6. Work location: Hanoi (Nov 2019 ~ Feb 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (Feb 2020 ~)
