We are looking for a self-starter, competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who is not afraid to go out there to help us build up our Specialty Coffee business in Hà Nội, Nha Trang and Đà Nẵng.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining high customer satisfaction. If you know your coffee and you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers, this opportunity might be just for you!
As a Sales Executive for our Specialty Coffee Division, you will:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Elaborate the sales plan to meet the required targets
- Propose marketing plans to create brand awareness
- Develop the clients network and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Perform quality calibration (for coffee) with clients to guarantee compliance with client's needs
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Supervise the logistics to deliver product to required clients

To be successful in this role, you need:
- Good understanding of the specialty coffee market of Hà Nội city
- Good knowledge of coffee
- At least 2 years of experience working in the coffee industry in a sales role or related
- At least 1 year of experience in coffee cupping
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role or related
- Bachelor's degree (preferably related to sales)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Self-starter, not afraid to go out there independently to creatively generate leads
- Focus on achieving goals and sales quotas
- Passion for delivering a high quality service
- Vietnamese national (local from Hà Nội)
This job requires frequent local travel.
Different tests will be applied to confirm knowledge and skills.
- Good understanding of the specialty coffee market of Hà Nội city
- Good knowledge of coffee
- At least 2 years of experience working in the coffee industry in a sales role or related
- At least 1 year of experience in coffee cupping
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role or related
- Bachelor's degree (preferably related to sales)
