Sales Executive ( Japanese Speaking) /preferred Fresh Graduate

1. Assist and support daily jobs for new projects such as washing machine, air conditioning and automotive, and others
2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
3. Actively seek out new sale opportunity through networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential customers.
4. Able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with the company
5. Track sales expense and create monthly sales report by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expense
6. Collaborate with co-worker to follow up of new products, pre-production schedule and mass production
7. Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and handle customer’s complaints in order to maintain and increase satisfaction

Job requirement:
1. University degree, major in Business Administration/Communication/ Marketing…
Preferred oversea graduate
2. Working experiences: At least 01 year of working experiences at the same position/related position
3. Preferred industry: Customer service/ Administrative/ Public relation/ Marketing/ Foreign language
4. Sex: Preferred female
5. Age: Below 30 years old (Single is preferred)
6. Able to communicate in English and Japanese ( Japanese at least N3)
PREFERRED FRESH GRADUATE WITH THE MAJOR IN JAPANESE
7. Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and power point
8. Good at interaction and interpersonal skill (social skills)
9. Have basic understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
10. Self motivated with a result-driven approach
11. Willing to work OT as requested

WORKING TIME: From Monday to Friday
