Report to: Branch Manager
Location: HCM
* Brief Description
IFB is an International Freight Forwarder since 1980, the company opened its Vietnam office in 1993. Currently the IFB Group does have 40 offices worldwide, 800 employees and an International Network. This role is to manage the business development of the company’s services by ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue. This includes both short and long term business development planning. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager in Hanoi.
* Key Responsibilities
• Develop existing customers and win new customers.
• Focus on trade lane development with potential countries by using the IFB Network.
• Exchanging of sales leads and market research within the IFB Network.
• Regular visits of potential clients to build a strong client relationship.
• Build strong carrier relationship and understand market trends.
• Successfully implement new business by using SOP formats for operations, customer service and finance teams.
• Bi-Monthly review of sales activities with Regional Sales Manager South East Asia.
• Working in a Regional Sales Team of 40 colleagues in 7 countries to support Regional based Accounts.
• Build sales team to expand the business opportunities.
• Other duties assigned by Branch Manager.

• Proactive mentality, flexible, eager, organized and leadership skills.
• Sales driven and high customer care (customer service).
• Functional knowledge in air / sea / logistics.
• Market Intelligence and product knowledge within International Freight Forwarding.
• Independent, self-driven and result orientated.
• Good Interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in Logistics Industry.
• Degree graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
• Proficiency in English Language, other language is a plus.
