Mô tả công việc
• Process all tour booking requests, amendments, and cancellations mainly in Sapa regions for Topas Ecolodge and Topas Riverside Lodge excursions including direct online and OTA
• Handle OTA room and tour booking channels: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia…
• Input and access data in reservation system
• Identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room type, verify availability of room type and rate.
• Explain guarantee, payment and cancellation policies to clients.
• Accommodate and document special requests assigned by Sales Manager
• Respond to questions about property facilities, services and accommodations on Facebook channel
• Perform other job duties as requested by Managers
• In charge of hotline over weekend rotation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Excellent spoken and written English skill
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• 1 year experience at the similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in Opera PMS is an advantage

- Salary according to your experience.
