***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your part of the English Markets Sales and Development team
- You’re in charge of creating and quoting travel itineraries, answering requests, contacting agents and providing them the best services.
SALES AND DEVELOPMENT
- Work closely with the sales director and the business development manager on the requests
- Checking and answering to new travel queries, following up pending queries
- Creating and quoting tailor made itineraries. (All of our countries except Myanmar where you can ask the local team to create and quote the program you need)
- Advising your agents through email and phone
- Understanding about the existing and new products being offered by the company to be better able to fit the client requirements
- Developing existing accounts by proposing them suitable offers.
- Sending accurate information to the reservation and accountancy departments
- Following up on your files with the operation team
REPORTING
- Requests report to be sent on a weekly basis
- Sales report to be sent on a monthly basis

***PROFILE REQUESTED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the tourism sector
• A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth target and building strong relationships with clients
• Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Efficient using MS Office
• Have knowledge about Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia and willing to improve it
***COMPETENCIES
• Results orientation and can do-mentality
• Organized, with the ability to prioritize
• Self-driven
*SALARY : Negotiable according the skills and experience
*LANGUAGES
. English – Business level
. French – is a plus
