Mô tả công việc
1. Maintain and update customer database for all residential projects
2. Prepare, develop and conduct sales presentation to customer aiming at pushing sales within the market assigned
3. Conduct and manage sales transaction to achieve sales targets as assigned by Senior Sales Manager
4. Assist in preparing and follow-up on sales documentation, including but not limited to the following: Offer letter and invitation letter, Sales Proposals, Sale & Purchase Agreement
5. Implement marketing activities to get inquiries and prospects
6. Assist marketing department in PR/Marketing events
7. Co-ordinate with Marketing team and other related departments about assigned sales-related tasks

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree
• Broker in real estate
• Minimum of 5 year working experience
• Minimum of 2 year working in real estate in similar position
• Good knowledge of local real estate market
• Very good communication and negotiation in Vietnamese
• Able to communication in English
• Result driven
• Customer oriented
• Able to work in team/independence and under high pressure
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
