- Client contact, requirements
- Design requirements, design brief to designers
- Production, sub-contractor costing
- Pre-show job card (JC)
- Prepare Proposals, quotations and contract
- Pre – show job card
- Customer quotation and contracts
- Claim, cash advance and expenditure forms
- Hand over and contract termination
- Post show job card report
- Sale report
Onsite project management
- Registration for move in procedures
- Move in & set up in schedule
- Quality control
- Client onsite support
- Completion and handover
- After sales service
Customer account servicing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proactive and hard working under high pressure.
- Positive Attitudes and Behaviors.
- Good knowledge of business, industry, social.
- English skill: Speaking and writing fluently
- Education: Minimum University degree
- Good Communication and Negotiation
- Knowledge about construction materials (wood, cabinets, tables, chair, brick) is a plus
