Sales Executive

Responsibilities
• Conduit daily sales activities in brokers properties business,
• Deal with assigned property developer,
• Handle other business units in the Synergy group, such as I.T solutions,
• Handle daily enquiry and all clients matters
• To build up and maintain good relationship with clients
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases and deeds
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

• Degree holder in Sales or relevant field
• 3+ years’ experience
• Proficiency in both oral and written in English
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Work in Da Nang, Vietnam
