JOB DESCRIPTION
• Sales contribution to ITL/UPS
• Sales expenditure control
• External Complaint from UPS SCS : build good relationship with UPS VN; follow SOP strictly, solving problem measuring by numbers of complaint escalation
• Internal Complaint from Customers: booking, handling, invoicing, solution giving,…measuring by numbers of complaints
• Sales expenditure control
• Compliance assurance (Quality Assurance)
• Timeliness & accuracy on report
• Unite employees in the department, company
• Resolve internal conflicts, if any
• Salary: Negotiation + Allowance
