Mô tả công việc
- Interact on daily basis with our worldwide customers
o Confirm sales orders to customers
o Confirm production orders to suppliers
o Follow-up the order until payment reception
o Insurance report for exported goods
- Logistic tasks
o Contact with freight forwarder for loading and customs clearance
o Prepare shipping documents
- Marketing and other tasks
o Update website
o Coordinate trade shows
o Do other works required by line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good at excel spreadsheet and have analytical skills
- Communicating level of English is a must (both writing and speaking)
- At least 2 years experience working in the same position
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to learn and work overtime when required
- Able to work independently with multiple tasks
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- This job is for local staff only
- Start working as soon as possible
