Quantity: 02 (01 Sale for HR SOFTWARE/SOLUTION + 01 Sale for CLOUD SERVICES)

WITH HR SOFTWARE/SOLUTION:
- A business development executive is an active Talent Consultant who meets with customers and supports them in finding the most suitable Talent solutions to solve their people problems and improve their performance.
- You are passionate about Talent Management and helping organisation make better people decisions and can’t wait to help enable our customers to be able to do this.
- Assist clients in identifying their pains, needs and objectives.
- Conduct research through various methods to increase knowledge and insight about the customers, industries and Talent’s solutions, then propose appropriate solutions to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts and other sales documents as required and needed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and use appropriate methods to effectively drive the leads through the sales process.

WITH CLOUD SERVICES:
- Drive demand for AWS Cloud Consulting and related services across functions by engaging client executives, account team leaders and service line practitioners
- Devise and execute sales strategies and tactics across the full Cloud Service array that result in exceeding sales goals
- Prospect, target, and build pipeline with prospective clients that fit the assigned market profile for AWS Cloud Services
- Develop credibility and relationships with account teams and clients through fluency in cloud technology as it relates to a range of business issues
- Assist in facilitating cloud experience labs
- Manage the sales process from initial identification through closure and “own” the sale

Yêu cầu ứng viên

WITH HR SOFTWARE/SOLUTION:
- Degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Administration or a related area
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
- Experience in Project Management, preferably HR related
- Passionate and knowledgeable about HR / talent management

WITH CLOUD SERVICES:
- 1+ year successful track record selling cloud services
- Fluency and technical acumen related to at least one of the dominant cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Working knowledge of the cloud technology landscape and marketplace
- Competent at engaging and developing business with alliance / ecosystems partners in the cloud space
- Experience selling high end, project-based, professional consulting services, characterized by long sales cycles and both large and small dollar transactions
