Report to : Sales Manager
Overall responsibility:
Assist the Manager in maximizing the sales of existing products in construction and industry, and in developing and implementing sales-marketing campaign of new products to achieve target.
Specific duties:
1. Provide written recommendations for customers.
2. Train customers in the application and use of Sika products.
3. Ensure good transfer of technology to Dealers and Distribution Sales Team.
4. Keep contact with customers - Distribution Channel.
5. Inform the Sales Manager of any problems that arise in the field.
6. Inform the Sales Manager of new or competing products that appear in the field.
7. Support to Distribution Channel in following up projects and activities that have been assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Keep appropriate records and necessary reports.
9. To keep confidential all company business information and documentation
10. Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College or Bachelor degree in Construction Materials, Silicate Materials, Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Min two years’ experiences in sales, especially in distribution.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good concepts in selling skills; Ability to present to customers and dealers.
• Willing to travel domestically.
• English: fluent at spoken is a plus.
• Basic Computer skills (MS. Office).
