*** Job Description:
1. Consulting and introducing foreign clients about residential projects in Vietnam.
2. Proactive looking for potential buyers.
3. Approach prospective clients and showcase the best projects based on the client’s needs; Seek appointments & follow up on clients who show interest.
4. Maintain and develop relationship with landlords, partner and clients.
5. Interact with clients and build a professional network.
6. Follow up on relevant paperwork to complete the purchasing process.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ability to communicate in Chinese/ English
- Understand about HCM city and have knowledge about housing law/ experience in real-estate will be advantages
- Good attitude, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other persons
