Mô tả công việc

1. Brief Description
Deliver the budget assigned
Develop new business for future growth
Coordinate with teams for strong team performance & support to our customers.
Sales process adherence.

2. Key Result Areas
What does the job need to deliver? How is it measurable?
This position will manage Sales coverage in Ho Chi Minh with a scope of revenue & a goal assigned to grow business primarily through contact. Sales coverage will consist of various sized accounts which require medium level, reasonable type sell. The emphasis will be relationship oriented with simple to moderate complexity.
Skillful in sales, negotiating, sell techniques.
Build up strong relationship with customers & develop new one.

3. Key Accountabilities
Carry out Sales activity & deliver Sales budget – Meet specified territory budget plan by developing sales call plan and call specific objectives. Conducting sales calls with account, following up on commitments & issues that arise during Sales calls. Conduct Sales calls from time to time in provinces to approach those who locate outside HCM which include Can Tho , Nha Trang, Hanoi (with travelling cost incurred by OVL VN).
Plan for business development – includes strategy for increasing business with each account in the Sales territory, target account budget, goals & tactics & management of sales leads.
Being able to sell both Sea & Air Freight with focus on Sea food, Furniture & Agri-Produce and subsequently being able to sell project cargo.
