Sales Excutive

***RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell Company’s products and be responsible for after sale services
- Provide technical consultancy for clients in term of formulas, purchasing planning,…
- Work with potential customers in order to develop new customer lists; persuade customers to use Company’s products,…
- Research, analyze and make market reports; set up and execute sales plans
- Be in charge of sales and developing market shares for Company’s products in Vietnam
- Draft sales contract, and be responsible for other tasks relating to sales contract
- Be responsible for customer complaints about product’s quality, delivery,…
- Sales coordinator is a communication bridge with Singapore Sales team, Viet Nam Sales team and others (when needed)
- Input data order into system
- Follow production status and goods delivery status to make sure on time and accurately
- Follow up with customers on payments, collections, and debt reporting
- Handle any customer inquiries and relating to orders, digest and coordinate internally to solve customers’ problem
- Prepare daily report on Sales target, Account receivable, rebate incentive
- Coordinating with Finance Dept., Service Dept. to make sure needed documents in place
- Update file Sale Data Base
- Following and updating customer list

*Work location: Hồ Chí Minh/ Thị xã Phú Mỹ, Tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu

REQUIREMENT:
- Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Fluently in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- At least 1-2 years experiences similar position, prefer candidate have knowledge in Chemical field
- Knowledge about Sales and Services management skills
- Be strong in communication, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork
- Be able to go for business trip
