Mô tả công việc
• Prepare & analyze the periodical (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual…) & requested reports & utilize data visualization and innovative BI tools to ensure data analysis is easily consumable, provides clear stories and opportunities for actions with stakeholders.
• Do the sales data mining and analysis to uncover trends and develop market insight & sales forecast that can improve marketing and sales process decisions.
• Perform deep dive into sales process, sales cycle, opportunity management data to support forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting…
• Be accountable for the continued success of the revised sales model and improved CRM system.
• Coordinate the business requirements and optimization of best practice use of CRM and sales model.
• Form close working relationships with Regional Sales Excellence and peers across other countries, sharing insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with the regional Sales Leader and Chief Accountant in driving forecast accuracy within the organization.
• Enhance the return-on-investment (ROI) metrics for marketing campaign.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Managing Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields: Mathematical, Economics…
• Have experience in the position of Sales Admin/Sale Forces/Data Analyst/Business Intelligence.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• English fluency in speaking and writing
• Strong knowledge & practical working experience in CRM system.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• NICE to have:
o Ability to successfully review & analyze data and reports to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and executive decision-making processes.
o Ability to synthesize data, frame insight and relate it to business stakeholders.
o Understanding of Microsoft platforms.
o Power BI practice is an advantage
