+ Proactive marketing to find and participate in new projects fit for business plan of the company
+ Identify the potelnial water supply plans and seek for suitable investors to cooperate
+ Concentrated marketing and promotion for specific products to sell in sothern provinces
+ Contact and communicate related suppliers to develop the total competence of our company
+ Collaborate with other departments of the company to quote, bid, execute the project successfully
+ Improve the total proposal method for water supply business
+ Improve the promotion materials, attractions for demonstration, exhibitions, advertisement.
+ Control the conditions of the contracts and variations, collecting payment
