Sales Engineers

We are now looking for new energetic and proactive Sales Engineers with a good and solid mechanical and electrical background. Knowledge of the Pump and/or Dynamic Balancing Valve market in Vietnam will be preferred. You are probably around 24 to 32 years old.

We expect that you have:

Experience as a Sales Engineer within our segment. Documentation from previous sales achievements will be an advantage and you should be able to prove that you have a good existing network. Our target group is former employees of recognized sales companies with similar products in Vietnam.

You should be able to:
• Maintain and build up accounts and develop this segment for the company.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and drive the market share up.
• Handle the daily sales tasks of pumps and valves.
• Ensure growth and profitability within the team and the company.
• Conduct negotiations and contract reviews with customers.
• Obtain and gather market information.
• Work closely together with the manufacturers of Pumps and Valves.
• Handle and close all technical and quality queries or complains.
• Compile weekly / monthly / quarterly forecast and reports.

We expect that you have:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering field.
• Working experience in either industrial/equipment/HVAC system sales preferably with PUMPS and / or DYNAMIC VALVE sales in previous job.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to go to construction sites and move for obtaining relationship in information.
• Sales driven and pushing towards achieving targets.
• Self-starter who is organized and able to turn plans into action.
• Confident, outgoing and easily adaptable.
• Able to speak & write English
• Excellent with Microsoft Office and other software program relevant for the job.
• Good presentation and time-management skills.
