Report to: Business Area Manager of Lab Division
Product: AnaChem + LabTec products:
- Titrators, Karl Fischer, UV_VIS, Density Meter, Melting Point & Dropping Point, Refractometer, pH Meters & Sensors
- Analytical Balances, Precision Balances, Micro & Ultra Micro Balances, Moisture Analyser, Mass Comparators

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on accounts with high growth potential in short to medium term period (P Account) and large existing customer (F accounts) as well as Government Projects
- Sell AnaChem + LabTec products by face to face, via phone, and electronic media
- Do consultative and value selling
- Meet sales target and KPIs setting
- Update CRM database
Desired Outcomes / KPIs
- Achieve sales target
- Fulfil KPIs setting

- Internal: Sales team, Marketing team, Service team, F&A team
- External: Customers

- Education: Bachelor in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry Environmental Science or similar
- English: be able to read and speak
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: 2 years in technical sales are in advantage and at least 1-year work experiences in a laboratory or quality control
- Competencies:
• One Team: Work together with fellow employees worldwide towards common goals
• Perform with Integrity: behave ethically and legally
• Pursue Innovation: put good ideas to work
• Deliver Quality: give our best, present and communicate professionally
