1. Finding, winning and keeping industrial customers for KAEFER in VN
2. Market KAEFER IASP service scope in VN
3. Prepare annual business plans as part of SEA’s profitable growth strategy
4. Engage with target customers and build long-term client relationships
5. Monthly reporting on activities, project pipeline and order intake performance to VN country manager
6. Focus on plant owners who are in need of heat management solutions
7. Collaborate with KAEFER colleagues in HQ (Germany) and other regions

* Require:
1. Age range 25-30 years
2. Engineering degree is preferred
3. Fluent in English language
4. Sales experience is advantage
5. Experience in industrial services & project business models
6. Overseas working experience to be preferred
7. Self-driven and positive personality
8. Willing to travel (50% of time) within VN
* Salary: Negotiable, competitive (20-25mil)
