Mô tả công việc
1. Grow the present as well as new customer base in order to drive entitlement for the business in Vietnam with good initiatives.
2. Support the sales activities of the distribution channels together with process and environmental sales team by providing sales and technical expertise and application proficiency to sales network.
3. Organize and conduct training sessions with the distribution channels and/or direct customers to optimize product exposure and ensure appropriate support is provided to the distribution sales organizations.
4. Work with Vietnam regulatory agencies to establish comprehensive understanding of existing and anticipated regulations that will drive environmental monitoring business.
5. Participate in country exhibitions and perform presentations at applicable workshops/seminars.
6. Demonstrate instruments to customers, with or without distributor personnel, as appropriate.
7. Maintain knowledge of competitive activities, market trends and customer purchasing practices and ensure communication of these activities to the process and environmental Sales team.
8. Maintain a database of key prospects, key accounts, and key contacts within Vietnam
9. Assist in the training of new personnel, maintain a high level of cooperation with existing and overseas employees, and foster a customer-focused, team-based approach to meeting customer needs
10. Product Member for process and environmental products in charge of Vietnam market, focused process and continuous emission monitoring
11. To handle all enquiries from customers on all process and environmental products in Vietnam
12. To handle all enquiries from distributors on all process and environmental products in Vietnam
13. To work with both Team leaders on System configuration, costing, quotations, etc
14. Follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationship in Vietnam

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Recognized Degree in Environmental Science and Technology/Electrical/Automation/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Control/Metrology/Civil Engineering;
- Preferably 1 - 2 years working experience in the analytical & process industry. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Frequent travel within Vietnam (sometimes with short notice);
- Excellent customer focus with positive attitude and the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
- Good computer knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills that is required to support interaction amongst all parties;
- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency
- Knowledge on gas/water analyzers, environmental measurements, and various instrumentations would be an advantage.
- Foreign Language: The candidates must speak English frequently
