Mô tả công việc
o Job Details
- We expect some experience as a Sales Engineer for daily Sales of Cutting Tools.
• Sales / Technical Presentations
• Prepare all required technical documents
• Site visits for Projects
• Willing to travel and meet customers in industry: automative, aerospace, die and mold, electricity…
• Maintain and build up accounts and develop this segment for the company
• Proactively explore business opportunities and drive the market share up
• Handle the daily sales tasks of Cutting Tools
• Ensure growth and profitability within the team and the company
• Conduct negotiations and contract reviews with customers
• Obtain and gather market intelligence / information
• Work closely together with the manufacturers of Cutting Tools
• Handle and close all technical and quality queries or complains
• Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
o Working Days: 5.5 days
o Working Hours: Maximum 48h/week or under job requirement
o Working Place (Location): Hanoi
o Annual Salary (USD): 6000~6500$
o The Term of Contract: 1 year contract
o Total Rewards (Compensation)
+ Contribute insurance based on montlhy basic salary sign in the contract following labor law
+ Mobile, meal & petrol allowance
+ 12 days annual leave
+ Sales bonus based on actual sales revenues

Yêu cầu ứng viên
o Degree: University
o Major: Automative/Industrial/Mechanical or any similar technical engineering field
o Experience - Have University degree
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/ business development/ consulting/ CAD, CAM, CNC with specific achievements
- B2B is a plus
- High responsibility, seriousness, self-control in work
- Analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and good teamwork
- Computer skills, computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
o Competency
+ Documentation from previous sales and work will be an advantage
+ Our target group is former employees of recognized sales companies from similar products in Vietnam.
+ Working experience in either automative/industrial/equipment system sales preferably with Cutting Tools sales in previous job
o Skills / Licenses
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ The ability to think out of the box.
+ Sales driven and aggressive in achieving targets.
o Language: Good in English
o etc: Age from 23-25 year old
o Major: Automative/Industrial/Mechanical or any similar technical engineering field
o Experience - Have University degree
