Mô tả công việc
Report to: Sales Manager
• To manage and achieve established annually local sales targets in the North of Vietnam.
• To maintain close working relationship and follow up with Key people/companies within the Industry.
• Support the existing industrial dealers and develop new partners.
• To maintain good relationship within Grundfos and customers.
• Follow up on project sales from tender to awarding to customers in the Industry.
• Perform Project Sales activities such as :
- Costing for awarded projects to client.
- Negotiation with client.
- System calculation to substantiate pump selection.
- Technical discussion with consultants.
- Obtain Pump Approval.
- Raise Sales Order and respective system price.
• Responsible in debt collection targets and follow up on overdue debts.
• To update and share market situation and competitors’ activities.
• Sales focus will be on so called heavy industry market such as Mining, marine, Steel and Petro Chemical Industry

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines. Preferable at least 2 - 3 years of sales experience within the Marine/Mining or other related industry.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• An independent and goal orientated person with eagerness to explore new business areas.
• Prove track record of sales results within the industry segment
• An innovative and active team player who is capable of coming up with new and different viewpoints resulting in team improvement and growth.
• Able to multi-task, adapt to changes quickly and interact with people of all levels.
• Able to travel for overseas assignment such as meetings, training and presentations when assigned.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Willing to assume new responsibilities within the department.
