Duties:
1. Develop strong relationships with customers, sales and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements from Pferd tools.
2. Proactively guide customers through their product options and prescribe solutions based on their needs.
3. Look for new customers and open out new opportunities to add new business
4. Conduct product test at customer site if needed to meet customer’s purchasing criterion.
5. Keep track of competitor’s activity and feedback to the Sale Manager.
6. Visit distributors, dealers to understand their commercial needs and coordinate actions within company resources.
7. Maintain and improve professional relationship with key decision makers at customers that allows company to be seen a value addition supplier.
8. Ensure that receivables are collected timely manner and take needed actions to recover.
9. Coordinate market campaigns, road shows and exhibitions.
10. Achieve sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the management.
11. Monthly arrangement customers visits for Manager and Technical expert from oversea.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Bachelor degree in Engineering
* Preferably 3 and more years working experience industrial sales and experience working in technical manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to make effective customer presentations.
* Knowledge of the tools for cutting, grinding, polishing, safety,...
* Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information
* Ability to creatively explain and present produce in an easy to understand manner
* Written and verbal communication skills in English
* Preferably 3 and more years working experience industrial sales and experience working in technical manufacturing environment.
