• Focus assigned sales area: Domestic Sales
• Responsible for developing sales strategies and marketing plan to achieve annual sales target.
• Responsible for all business relationship and development of the potential and current partners/dealers, customers, etc.
• Responsible for all business related current market and the development of potential ones.
• Develop and grow business by assigned target.
• Fully responsible for sales and debt management.
• Establish individual sales account plan and activities in the CRM system.
• Maintain good relationship with customer.
• To build up and maintain current customer database in the CRM system.
• Support customer to prepare technical submission for tender and project.
• Assist and provide technical support and training for customer.
• Support new product launch and promotion campaign for business.
• Provide market analysis.
• Create and maintain competitor’s information.
• Prepare weekly sales activities and development report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Business or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Experiences: Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Domestic market segment. Experience and knowledge in pump will be an advantage.
• Good command in oral and written English.
• Aggressive and result-oriented.
• Good listener and customer driven.
• Ability to work independently and a good team player.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office. Experience in using SAP and CRM will be an advantage.
• Able to handle multi-task.
• Able to travel for overseas assignment such as meetings and trainings when assigned.
• Must possess own motor bike.
