Sales Engineer (Binh Duong / Hanoi)

• Developing business plans to cover sales revenue, promote organization’s presence as well as products to precision machining companies.
• Take the responsible for designated accounts, area by regularly visiting, proposing new products, new solution to meet the requirement of customers.
• Expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers and enhance position with existing accounts with the target to increase market coverage.
• Conduct the survey and review of market trends, so as to develop an appropriate sales strategy and pricing policy to capture bigger market share.
• Be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications including sales reports, cycle sales meetings and account plans.
• Visit customers by motorcycle as their sales area will be considered to be near your residential area.

Notes:
Guhring Vietnam is open from Monday - Saturday.

• Having 3-5 years work experience in technical sales (especially, in cutting tool industry or related industry such as CNC machines, coolant liquid…for precision machining companies will be advantaged) will be preferable.
• Knowledge about precision machining or understanding about cutting tool will be preferred
• Good network with customers in Vietnam who are using cutting tools
• English communication skill is necessary
• Working under pressure, independently, self-control and team-work
• Negotiation skill, communication skill with B2B customers etc.
