Sales Engineer - Automotive

Reach Sales target
-To ensure sales turnover meet/exceeding the target
-To review pricing with the manager to ensure adequate margins maintained on business

Generate new accounts
-To develop and proceed with new potential customers
-Strive to acquire new accounts

Maintain customer satisfaction
-To build sound relationship with all accounts
-To maintain customer relations
-To ensure the Technical Support meets the customer’s requirements
-To inform the new products/services or solutions and other general information of interest
-To ensure customer satisfaction and take necessary actions but yet comply with company regulations

Support Product Development
-To recommend improvements in existing products or product mix to support Henkel product competitiveness in the market.

Reporting & administrative activities
-To Submit reports on sales plan/activities
-Maintain customer contacts and sales record
-To monitor stock availability
-To conduct information gathering in regards with competitor activities, price policy and strategy
-To conduct market surveys concerning market segments

-What we are looking for:
-Mechanical Engineering background preferred
-Minimum 5 years sales experience in automotive industries.
-Good command of English
-Excellent communication and people management skills
