Your Role
• Achieve Sales Target
• Maintain and develop closed relationship with end users and Distributors
• Enhance the customer’s satisfactory
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing tasks
• Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region;
• Extend distributor network for assigned industry segment within defined region;
• Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-user of specified industry filed and giving these customers technical support and service;
• Ensure to achieve Sales Targets
• Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply;
• Ensure high quality Sales Forces data. Maximize the opportunity to create more sales
• Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers;
• Take lead to organize technical seminar by technical experts;
• Expand market share with new customers with help of sales managers;
• Debt collection: Ensure the overdue level is within budget level
• Promote quality after-sales service to customers
Technical tasks
• Provide engineering support to local and regional offices, distributors, OEMs and MRO customers
• Advise end-users on bearing application related problems;
• Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars;
• Investigate bearing demands in specific industries;
• Liaise with South East Asia regional office and German headquarters on technical matters

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical major
• Fresh students acceptable
• Good planning/following up skills
• Hard working, optimistic outlook, customer and result oriented
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Be able to work independently
• Good at English
• Strong at MS Office skills
