Mô tả công việc

1. Develop a successor and succession plan
2. Key Account:
Work with Key Account Managers to:
• Map out annual and 5 year sales strategy for presentation to Executive Team
• Deliver / exceed monthly, quarterly and annual target revenues
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers based on communicated monthly order planning
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers in a manner that meets both customer and NNG business objectives.
• Manage the sales cycle effectively – sourcing leads, developing new opportunities, achieving activity KPI’s, managing pipeline, closing the deal
• To make the agreed number of visits and ensure regular contact with key clients in order to grow revenue
• Develop and report on weekly performance actuals vs targets
with a monthly report including executive summary
• Report on weekly DPO and DII for all Key Accounts with a focus on company cash flow.
• Develop an innovation roadmap to meet customer requirements within the current contract cycle.
3. Export Sales:
Work with Export Sales Managers:
• To identify new business opportunities by targeting specific markets and countries
• To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
• To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained
• To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
• To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
• Report on weekly performance against targets
• Report on weekly DPO and DII for all Key Accounts with a focus on company cash flow.
• Work with Marketing (Internal or External) to identify market trends and requirement to ensure NNG is making appropriate investments

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University degree or above : Business administration or related field
- English: Fluent
- At least 5 years experiences similar position, prefer candidate have experiences in packaging field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic Planning Skills.
- Customer management skills
