Sales Director

● Ensure business objectives for company's services by month/ quarter/ year
● Be responsible for management, planning, training to improve the quality of human resources, motivation and development of personnel.
● Analyzing and forecasting market potential and competitors to develop the short-term and long-term sales strategies of the company.
● Set targets, performance measures and levels of accountability for all direct reports
● Strong advocator of performance management and develop a performance-driven culture in the team.
● Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure the implementation of sales strategies in accordance with objectives and efficiency.
● Research and test new sales channels, develop sales management tools (CRM system, centralized management system ...).
● Report directly the results of work to CEO/ General manager.

● Minimum 10 years in this field and 5 years in managing position in real estate, construction & interior or related field.
● Have knowhow and experience in face-to-face and door-to-door sales to optimize sales growth
● Fluent in English: Speaking & Writing
● Strong network in related field
● Excellent business and financial acumen.
● Used to work in start-up or entrepreneur business is a plus
