Mô tả công việc
1. Team building. Recruit, train, motivate, exam and evaluate the sales team, supervising their daily work on quotation, receivable collection, sales calls, and etc, help them improve their performance.
2. Marketing and Planning. Coordinating with company’s circumstances and policies, gather market information and visit clients, manage the customer resources, to develop and carry out marketing strategy and sales plan.
3. Public relations. Appropriately deal with client's complaint and needs, help the brand and image building.
4. System construction. Convey and implement rules and regulations of the company, optimize them according to the situation of Vietnam Office. Help to improve the business, Admin & HR work flow.
5. Balance the sales budget, cost of sales and sales scope with the sales target.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirement
Employment Type: Full-Time
Major: Tourism, Marketing, or related.
Experience: 5+ year in tourism, or related fields, DMC experience would be preferred
Office Skill: good at Excel, Word, familiar with others.
Character preferred: ability to work in international environment, mindset of customer-oriented and problem-solving, strong sense of responsibility, influential positive personality.
Language: English as a must, Chinese, preferred
