· Responsible to manage the assigned product lines and achieve the sales targets, secure new business and monitor the monthly actual results against projected.
· Maintain and build relationship with existing and potential customers to secure business
· Account Management and Business Development – with existing and potential customers.
· To meet annual sales and volume targets.
· Formulate and implement marketing strategies so that the products and services are always competitive in the market place.
· Develop mid to long term plan in developing agency lines to meet targeted agency growth.
· Track and analyse market trends and potential, develop plans for products introduction and market exploitation.
· Ensure on-time delivery to customers and responsible for debt collection.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Good track record of achieving sales targets.
· Experience in preparing marketing analysis report and drive assigned product portfolio.
· Able to handle marketing campaigns, events and sales administration
· Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Hardworking, aggressive and well-organized; methodical and logical.
