* Main Purpose of Job:
This position will be responsible for developing sales fundamentals and capability. This personal takes the lead to develop and implement procedures with operational rules/guidelines in General Trade, OOH and Modern Trade, HOD Commercial & Residential including trade coverage, customer classification, distribution network, working norms, required competencies and KPIs for DSRs, Sales Supervisors, DSMs, Account Managers, RSMs, Modern Trade Manager, OOH Manager and CCSD Manager and distributors. The candidate must be experienced in building sales and distribution fundamentals, understand well nature of sales organization and well integrate with the team to develop and implement well operational rules, principles and essential guidelines.
* Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.
- Define, develop and implement operational guidelines for sales and distribution team including General Trade, OOH and Modern Trade, HOD Commercial & Residential together with appropriated tools and programs for training and coaching to improve capability of DSRs, SSs, DSMs, AMs, MTMs, RSMs.
- Successfully study, lead, develop and support implementing golden rules in distributor management (distributor definition, KPIs, performance evaluation guidelines) for SSs, DSMs, RSMs, MTM.
- Effectively support NSMs, RSMs, MTM reinforcing well distribution network of distributors, wholesalers, key accounts, retailers, route to market of all channels which can effciently deliver sales and distribution needs of the company for the present as well as for long time development.
- Effectively define roles, responsibility of DSRs, SSs, DSMs together with daily operation process, working norms.
- Successfully develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for DSRs, SSs, DSMs, AMs which well drive the sales team to higher motivation and business results.
- Well integrate with HR, CCSD, Marketing and others to utilize available resources, develop materials for DSRs, SSs training, design on-the-job coaching tools; as well as monitor results and feedback from application in operation of sales team, support in people related topics like talent & performance cycle (PDP, Career Aspiration, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning), recruitment.
- On time update challenges in sales operation and market execution and proactively propose/suggest solutions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 5 + years experience in sales or similar position in FMCG is preferable, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
- Capacity to understand bottled waters sales management: GT (*), OOH, MT, HOD, bottled waters distribution network development, sales and distribution knowledges and skills
- Strong sales organization management and sales projects management
- English communication: speaking, listening, writing and reading
- Strategic thinking: clear in vision of channels, drives of growth, challenges and opportunities, ways to success.
- Sales management with good control manners
