Sales Development

Department: Sales
Working place: Gritti Vietnam Company in Thuan An, Binh Duong
Report to : Sales Manager and General Director

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore new business opportunities and develop the sales network in order to expand our customers’ base.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze competitors’ activities in order to define the correct strategy for the company (pricing, services, product ranges,...).
- Manage all steps for the first orders of new customers until reaching stable relation: negotiations, quotation, sampling, contracts, order follow up, on-time delivery, payment tracking,...
- Supervise Sales admin team in charge of all daily activities with our current customers.
- Make regular reporting as requested by Management
- Participate to sales connected activities: trade fairs, factory visits, collections, website, pricing,...

-Female, From 23 to 35 ages at least 3 years experience in sales development (garment industry is an advantage).
- Excellent English language skills.
- University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with the ability to work on an independent basis.
- High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
