Mô tả công việc
- Making yearly, quarterly, monthly sales plan/activities to achieve the Sales Target.
- Communicate and work closely with tenants to evaluate their sales performance and requirements
- Dealing with tenants for renewal/termination of tenancy contract according to company regulations.
- Develop promotional ideas and materials with relating Departments to increase sales revenue
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns, methods, costs, and results.
- Create and submit sales reports to management.
- Supervise and motivate staff in performing their best to achieve company target
- Other tasks as assigned from General Manager/Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University (Bachelor's Degree)
- 4-10 years of related experience.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Be fluent in English.
- Have good communication & negotiation skills
