Number of position: 01
Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Team members: 09
Work location: Aeon Mall Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Ha Dong, Ha Noi
1. Make yearly, quarterly, monthly sales plan/activities to achieve the Sales Target
2. Communicate and work closely with tenants in shopping mall to evaluate their sales performance and requirements
3. Make plan to get new revenue for the mall (advertising, sponsor, common area leasing...) which is suitable with company's rule, phylosophy and concept
4. Make plan to push sales with new and updated methods
5. Develop promotional ideas and materials with relating Departments to increase sales revenue
6. Deal with tenants for renewal/termination of ternancy contract according to company regulations
7. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns, methods, costs, and results
8. Create and submit sales reports to management
9. Supervise and motivate staff in performing their best to achieve company target
10. Other tasks as assigned from Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. At least Bachelor degree (any fields)
2. Have at least 7 years working experience in Sales, Customer service or related fields
3. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
4. Have management skill and experience
5. Be good at negotiation and communication
6. Be willing to work in shift (5 - 6 afternoon shift (13:30 - 22:30) per month)
