Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for sales activities & sales target.
- Develop the company business.
- Promote and sell the Company’s logistics services
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customers standard operating procedure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
- Control wise profit and lost.
- Records and report.

- Promote and sell the Company’s logistics services

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Job Requirement:
- University or college graduate (major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime or Transportation is preferable).
- At least 6 months or more of experience in same position in logistics/forwarding field.
- Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication).
- Being careful, customer-oriented & achievement-driven attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and good problem solving skill.
