Mô tả công việc
Our office in HCM (located in Q1, HCMC) is looking for a Sales Coordinator. The Position will:
- prepare detailed, accurate and timely Quotations/Tenders in accordance with quotation request received from Power Systems Sales Representatives and Application Support Group
- provide secretarial, administrative and human resource support for the Manager - Power Systems
In details:
1. Prepare and submit detailed and accurate Quotations/Tenders in accordance with requests from Applications Support and Sales Representatives (Electric Power, Industrial, Railways)
2. Coordinate with Application Support Engineers with regards to details and information required in quotation configuration and BOQ to ensure Customers requests are addressed comprehensively and accurately.
3. Manage and issue Opportunity Number for all Sales Representatives
4. Update and submit monthly Opportunity Log Report and any additional reports that may be requested from time-to-time by management.
5. Coordinate annual evaluation and vetting process in the selection of Preferred Vendors and Sub Suppliers
6. Support Sales Representatives for all paper works
7. Support other administrative tasks for Sales director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/college graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in supporting job
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
- Good office computer skill
