Sales Coordinator (Nhân Viên Điều Phối Kinh Doanh)

JOB POSITION: STAFF
JOB LEVEL: 3-YEAR EXPERIENCE
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE/COMPETITIVE

DESCRIPTIONS:
* External: customer and factory about production communications and quality assurance
* Internal: senior sales coordinator/shipping manager and quality manager

Details:
- Communicate regularly with the factory to build up/revise well-planned monthly production and inspection schedules for on-time shipments
- Control and report regularly production (input) and inspection (output) quantities
- Check and make regular records of raw material and finished goods stocks in the factory warehouse to make sure that there is enough materials for monthly productions
- Update/Make analysis regularly on stocks for an estimated consumption for current and upcoming month plan orders
- Assist in supervising production quality and capacity of the factory
- Responsible for communicating with the factory quickly and effectively about Production and Quality Improvement plans of non-conformance issues
- Follow up and translate customer’s production communications, quality assurance standards, and inspection criteria
- Work with the nominated forwarders for overseas delivery and the factory for local delivery timely.
- Communicate regularly with handbag factories for final orders of a shipment, shipment schedules and quality issues.
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

Must:
* Main major: A related bachelor’s in economics/English or related field with 3-year working experience in sales position in manufacturing environment as least
* English language: upper intermediate (4 skills: listening, speaking, and writing)

+ Management and execution skills (decision making, planning, organizing, well-detailed, and problem-solving): upper intermediate
