Sales Coordinator

1. Coordinate with sales by following up on sales enquiries, quotation and negotiating terms with customers
2. Follow up on the progress of all orders, in collaboration with production side to ensure the goods is delivered to the customer with quality and timeliness
3. Response to customer’s claims/requests and give after-sales support when requested
4. Collaborate with logistics to prepare relevant documentation and procedures so as to ship the goods to appointed location, with accounting to follow up on payment status
5. Key in data to ERP so as to mornitor the general sales result.
6. Report daily and weekly to sales coordinator group leader/sales director upon request.

*** Job Requirement
- Experience at least 2 years
- Majors: Commerce/Business Studies/Languages…
- Age: 22-40
- Languages: proficient in English-4 skills (knowing additional language is a plus, preferably Chinese)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Well-organised, responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, good communication skills.
