Sales Coordinator

- Create quotations in the system, send/update quotations to customers according to avoid the manifest correctors.
- Receive phone calls & reply emails when Sales are out of office.
- Coordinate with other departments to settle problems if any.
- Meeting preparation: customer performance report/pending issues/…
- Use CRM system to monitor the customer performance by vessels, by service, by NOR, by weekly, by month,…
- Monitor new & lost customer to achieve the target
- Assist A/O to develop more new customers by calling all potential leads, fix appointments with new clients

- University degree: BA of Sales/marketing/Economy or related fields
- 2 years experienced in sales or customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Fluent English speaking and writing
