Sales Coordinator

❖ Coordinate with existing customer for execution of orders.
❖ Sales order management
❖ Issuance of Purchase order
❖ Issuing Invoices to the customer
❖ Coordination with Logistics for Customer Delivery
❖ Telephone calls to the customers for customer appointments, Sending Introduction emails
❖ Submission of bank documents time to time
❖ Digital Marketing support / back end
❖ Making MIS Report, Receivables & payables
❖ Reporting time 8 am to 5 pm… Office in District 7

Office Location: In District 7
Skills: Good English speaking and writing skills, Handling customers, outward speaker,
Open for on the field job for meeting customers.
Gender: Female / Male
Degree: Graduate University / College
Major: Business Administration / Economics
Age: 22-35 years
Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience. Not necessarily relevant experience. Even fresher’s profile
may also be considered with an Inclination to learn & grow
Other details: Person living in and around district 7 will be more suitable for commuting
Salary: At par with the Industry
