Sales Coordinator

Report to : Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all customer requests are escalated and responded to in a timely and efficient manner by respective resources and follow up until the requests are fulfilled Ensure all customer requests are escalated and responded to in a timely and efficient manner by respective resources and follow up until the requests are fulfilled
2. Interact with departmental functions to ensure service excellence and timely responded to all customer requests by respective departments
3. Following up contracts , payment, shipping schedule and relevant issues if any
4. Making daily report to Line Manager .
5. Supporting paper- work.
6. Visiting ports and buyers ‘s factories in order to check cargo
7. Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Diploma or University Degree in Commercial or other related foreign trade .
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong English, both written and spoken
At least 1 years working experience in import export department or had knowledge about import export business especially checking shipping documents and reading Letter of credit
Planning and Reporting skills.
